What this site is trying to do differently
Affiliate publishing becomes unhelpful when every product is called “tested,” every list contains the same specifications and a buying guide exists only because a keyword has commercial value. Our standard is different: a page must solve a real user problem, explain important tradeoffs and make the evidence behind a recommendation understandable.
Experience is described precisely
If a product was physically tested, the review should show what was done and include original evidence. If a page is based on research, it is labeled as research. The absence of a physical test does not make research useless, but pretending a test happened destroys trust.
Affiliate relationships do not buy conclusions
The site may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Commercial relationships do not determine rankings, scores or conclusions. When a better option is not monetized, it can still be recommended when it is the better answer.
